Jennifer Oster, DO, MPH

     Dr. Jennifer Oster is an Osteopathic Internal Medicine physician and LA native who received her medical training at A.T Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. She continued on to complete residency training in Internal Medicine in Los Angeles where she served as Chief Medical Resident.

 

     She earned a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Environmental & Occupational Health. In this field, she worked to help mitigate asthma triggers where she learned about environmental triggers for disease such as mold. She then went on to support people who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS as they improved their health. Her diverse experience in healthcare garnered a deep appreciation for whole person and trauma informed care and the environment’s effect on health. She also has an interest in preventive health and viewing food as medicine.

 

     Having discovered it as a patient herself, Dr. Oster is passionate about Osteopathy. She is involved in continuing education and continually learns about new, innovative ways to treat patients, understanding that each patient is unique. Dr. Oster compassionately partners with her patients while empowering them as they navigate through the complexities of their illness.
